Bistro Manager

As a Bistro Manager, you will:

  • ensure team members present in a positive manner
  • optimise guest satisfaction
  • train & mentor team members
  • ensure that all operating, opening & closing procedures are followed
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness
  • staff management
  • conflict resolution

  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Ability to work a flexible roster – including nights & weekends
  • Current Victorian RSA certificate
  • Good numeracy & literacy skills

  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent money handling skills


  • A current Victorian Gaming Licence & RSG
